What crosses the counter
- Connection details: your device’s IP; a coarse geolocation guessed from that address, at town-or-region grain; the user agent text identifying your browser; screen size; which cards you open; and the referring page.
- Form content: the name, reply-to address, topic and note inside any draft our contact form prepares that you then post.
- Your consent choice: kept inside your own browser, never on our side.
Why each item is used
- Hosting the rack and fending off misuse — our legitimate interest.
- Analytics, switched on by you, to learn which cards earn attention — your consent.
- Marketing and affiliate attribution, switched on by you, letting a partner tie a reservation to our button — your consent.
- Answering your letters — because you asked, backed by legitimate interest.
Recipients
Our web host, plus any analytics vendor we engage, processes connection details for us under a written agreement. When advertising cookies are allowed and you press a partner link, a referral tag and standard connection details travel to that partner or its affiliate network, which uses them to match the booking. Mailing addresses and names are never sold.
How long anything stays
Server logs overwrite themselves after about three months. Mail threads survive only while unresolved, disappearing within two years of the last message. Your consent answer expires a year after you give it, and then the bar asks once more.
Rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR
Readers in the EU, the EEA or the UK hold a set of rights over their data: a copy of what is stored, correction of mistakes, erasure, a freeze on processing, an export in portable form, and objection wherever legitimate interest is our basis. Withdraw a consent whenever you wish; that stops future use but does not rewind earlier use. Your national data-protection regulator accepts complaints as well. Each request starts with a message to privacy@livecasinoresort.com.
California: CCPA and CPRA
A Californian reader can ask which categories of personal information this site gathered, the specific items, and why; can request correction or deletion; and can opt out of any sale and of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. One tap on Reject All in our cookie bar opts you out, and a browser emitting Global Privacy Control does the same without a click. Asking is free, and the pages look identical afterwards.
Under-18s
Our audience is grown-up holidaymakers; the rack is not aimed at children or teenagers under 18, and no data about them is sought. Should a minor have mailed us, a quick note from a parent or the minor is enough for us to wipe it.
